We propose a creative and varied menu with several meat and fish options from sustainable sources, as well as many vegetarian and vegan options. We update the menu every season according to our fresh daily arrivals, all products coming exclusively from local producers. Menu creations are led by chef Sabrina Lemay, winner of the Stéphanie Bois-Houde prize in 2018, which aims to encourage young women in the restaurant field.

During the warmer season, we a dispose of a beautiful terrace overlooking the river that can accommodate about 80 customers.

Bistro L’Orygine is a part of Groupe la Tanière, sharing the same owners as the restaurant Légende and la Tanière.
