As part of the OFF Carnaval, EXMURO invites you to discover an outdoor ice sculpture trail through Place-Royale and Petit Champlain.
From February 7 to 16, come explore around twenty surprising, thoughtful, and sometimes even amusing works. These creations revisit classic winter attractions with photographic installations and illuminated ice block sculptures.
The artists behind the project: André Barrette, Duane Isaac, Jessica Houston, and Charles-Frédérick Ouellet.
The works address themes related to climate issues and will interact with the ice, which will gradually melt over time.
In a sensitive and playful way, Project 0° encourages the public to reflect on these issues, creating an emotional connection with the cause. These works provoke strong and impactful reactions, helping to raise awareness and mobilize communities.
